Bending, Squatting, Lifting

Who knew that working in the short stacks (children's department) was a full body workout? I have done a dozen squats this morning alone! If I'm not whipped into shape by this job there is no hope for me! Kid friendly shelves are not knee friendly!!!

This blog is slow going. I hope to use it as an information and narrative blog all about working in Youth Services.
